Summer Magic at Port Stanley

Whenever I wake-up to symphonic sounding fog horns from the ferry boats, its going to be a banner day along the water's edge. Whatever it is about the filtered light creating fog and mist that gives the seascape a new layer of mystery has been the subject of paintings for centuries! Its the poetry of the earth pulled into the sky and recited across the water that just gets me going in a way that's better described in my paintings. "Morning Magic". To be out there first hand with easel and pastels is a joy beyond words!
