Changing Tide I

This section of beach along the 17 Mile Drive near Carmel, California intrigued me to try and paint plein air during the Carmel Art Festival 2010 the tidal wave action rolling into the beach. I especially liked the water gliding around the coastal rocks and retreating with a whisper leaving shinny wet sand to reflect the rock forms.
