About this work
Painted en plein air at Morro Bay, September 2012. Loved the wild reflections and water action around the marina. The fisherman who owned the big blue boat came up to me as I was working and said "My boat's never looked this good!"
Pelicans were gathered on the rocks just below my feet, lending a very "salty smell" to the whole marina!
