First Snow, Glacier National Park

The weather becomes unpredictable in Glacier National Park after September. I spent a week in this awesome park painting in warm sun and in icy cold. This was a plein air painting done after the first snow fell in the mountains just covering the peaks (@ 9000') above this creek.
