Daffodils at Avon Allen Road

Painted on site (en plein air) when sunllght finally broke through the clouds the afternoon of April 2, 2021. These flowers become iridescent and almost blindingly bright in the direct sunshine and against the liquid air that exists in the Skagit Valley! I LOVE color like this!!
