Expression in Red

An "Apple Barn" found on Orcas Island between Crow Valley and Eastsound. I painted during mid-day with strong light casting a shadow of the barn. The character of the barn is reminiscence of farming on Orcas Island. As I was finishing a sheep poked its head around the corner of the barn.
