During April the Skagit Valley is alive with Tulip colors; purples,yellows, pinks, and a combination of all the colors. The spring rains add dark stormy clouds which make all this color pop and gives the Tulip fields colors that burn the eyes. The spongy ground collects puddles from the rain that helps to reflect the Tulip colors back up to the sky.
