Winter Sunset 2, Fisherman Bay

Painted en plein air from the field just below the old Weeks Gas Station looking towards Fisherman Bay. The warm red-orange light was more than I could resist! It only happens like this during a 3 day window of time in the winter, just before solstice . . . and only when we are lucky enough to get brilliant sunlight in the winter months!

I got lucky to catch this unusual light!
